Client Agreement

Professional Home Organising Service 

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which professional home organising services will be provided by the organiser to the client.

1.Scope of Services 

The organiser will provide home organising, declutterring packing/unpacking services as agreed with the   client during the initial consultation. The service does not include heavy lifting beyond what is safely        manageable.

2. Booking & Fees

•The current rate is £35 per hour.

•A minimum of three hours per booking applies.

•Travel up to 15 miles from LN1 is included. Any distance beyond 15 miles of LN1 is charged at 45p per mile (up to a maximum of 30 miles).

•A £10 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your  session, by bank transfer or cash.

•If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a £10 fee (at the organiser’s discretion).

 3. Breakages & Liability

While all care will be taken during sessions, the organiser is not liable for any damage or breakages that may occur to the clients possessions, furniture or property during the organising, packing/unpacking process.        Clients are responsible for any handling of fragile or valuable items.

4. Rubbish and Donations 

•The client is responsible for the removal of all rubbish and household waste. The organiser does not offer clearance services or trips to the local tip.

•The organiser will take one car load of charitable goods per session to a LN1 postcode local charity shop (subject to an available parking space near the clients home). Items must be clean and in good condition.

5.Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect. No personal details, photographs or session notes will be shared without written consent.

6. Personal Safety

All client information will be treated with confidentiality and respect. For the organiser’s personal safety, the organiser will inform her husband of the name, address, and time of any client appointment.
